I just tried INSANITY Max Interval Plyo for the first time. This workout is part of the 2nd month of the INSANITY program so it is longer and more intense. The first month workouts were about 40-45 minutes long, Max Interval Plyo is for 55 minutes long! That extra 10 minutes really pushes you. There were several moments I had to take a break and do child pose and lie there for a bit to catch my breath. At the final ten minutes, I could not catch my breath and had to breath into a paper bag because I was hyperventilating. I thought I was going to upchuck my Shakeology® I had that morning. I finally caught my breath and finished the workout. It is a great workout but I highly recommend to pace yourself so you won't crash like I did. I burned about 1000 calories from this workout! That is INSANE! Like all Beachbody® workouts, it always pushes you but you know your body best so slow down if you need to. I recommend heart rate monitors just to keep track and know when to ease up.
