We had a great workout to the "MOTHER OF ALL P90X Workouts..PLYOMETRICS" also known as jump training. For P90X grads, they know how tough PLYOMETRICS was the first time doing it. It is a great workout that can burn 500-700 calories in the one hour workout. Lexington Fit Club members tried it for the first time and did a FANTASTIC job keeping up. At the end, everyone was still standing but soaked in sweat. Yes, it was a GREAT workout! Yes, it is awkward at first learning the moves but if you can do this workout you can do ALL of P90X! We also sampled SHAKEOLOGY after the workout shared my personal story how it helped my wife and I lose weight, and gave my 70 year old mother more energy.
