FREE P90X Workout Saturday Feb.11,2012

P90X in the MIDDLE OF THE WEEK? A fellow fit club member is considering organizing a P90X MeetUp in the middle of the week. Let me know if you are interested. Future info to follow.

FIND YOUR CHI with P90X YOGA X this Saturday morning! There is more to P90X than lifting weights and super cardio workouts. A great workout can also be found in YOGA X. YES, you will still sweat a LOT by just standing still! BRING YOUR YOGA MAT and find your CHI.
Bring a friend or family. HAVE FUN and be ready to BRING IT!

Don't forget to bring water and a towel! Have a light breakfast at least one hour before! I don't want you to revisit your breakfast at the workout. See you Saturday morning!

FREE INSANITY Workout Saturday Feb. 4, 2012

SUPER turn out last Saturday morning! 18 people worked out to P90 Plyometrics! Tough workout but we got through it! WELCOME

GET READY for INSANITY this Saturday morning! BRING YOUR JUMP MAT! Wear good cross training shoes for this work out. Some of the moves are high impact so do at your own pace and level, just keep moving. Follow me for modified moves, my knees can't take all the jumping either. Wear a heart rate monitor if you have one. It is a great tool to check your heart rate level during the workout.

In INSANITY®, Shaun T uses a method called Max Interval Training. It's not your typical interval workout. You'll do cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. It all happens in long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest so you can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour.

LOCATION!
We have a new location for us to meet starting this first weekend of October. It will be the Harvest Church on Hwy 378 in Lexington. It is closer in for some of the Fit Club members and will host our MEETUP workouts very well.
