FREE INSANITY Workout Sept. 24, 2011

We had  a CRAZY INSANITY CARDIO Resistance workout!  This workout really pushed everyone to their limits.  In this 40 minute workout,  I burned 750 calories with no weights and just using your own body weight to do the resistance moves.  It involved a lot more push ups and upper body focus in this workout.  Everyone modified it to their level and pace.  I recommend wearing a heart rate monitor to keep you in check from reaching your maximum.  Good cross training shoes and a jump or plyo mat if you are doing it on hard floors to save your knees is my personal suggestion.
