P90X2 is coming soon in the FALL of 2011. From a radio interview with Tony Horton, some of the changes will be the number days of workouts from 6 to 5 days. There will be no martial arts, Kenpo X. Yoga will be shortened from 1.5 hours to 1 hour. After seeing the preview, looks like you will be using a few more pieces of equipment like balance balls. Some of the moves look like super hybrid workouts combining the core and several muscle groups to be more efficient time wise. I am looking forward to trying the new moves out.
